What Emotional Wellness & Shadow Work Mean
Emotional wellness and shadow work are powerful healing practices that support us in understanding, feeling, and transforming the parts of ourselves shaped by pain, trauma, and generational conditioning.
This work invites us to look beneath the surface β into the emotions, memories, beliefs, and patterns we were taught to hide or silence β so that we can rebuild from a place of truth, awareness, and wholeness.
Shadow work is not about shame or blame.
It is about becoming conscious of the wound so that we can choose healing instead of repeating cycles.
